Working Principle of PEX Jaw Crusher:
The PEX Jaw Crusher operates on the efficient principle of moving and squeezing. Powered by a reliable motor, it utilizes the motor's wheels, along with the eccentric shaft, triangle belt, and slot wheel, to regulate the track of the movable jaw plate. This movement ensures the effective crushing of materials within the cavity formed by the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, and side-lee board, allowing for smooth discharge through the opening.
The PEX Jaw Crusher series is engineered with excellence, offering a substantial crushing ratio, uniform product size, a straightforward structure, and reliable operation. It requires minimal maintenance and presents a cost-effective solution. Widely adopted in stone mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, and chemical industries, it can crush materials with compression resistance under 320MPa.
