Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a finely-tuned configuration comprised of a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. To augment flexibility, we offer optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, empowering you to customize your grinding setup for superior performance.
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill is designed for optimal efficiency. Large materials are pulverized by the jaw crusher to desired particle sizes and conveyed by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are then fed evenly and continuously into the main unit via a vibrating feeder for seamless grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by the blower airflow to the classifier, where it undergoes meticulous classification. Particles meeting fineness standards enter the cyclone collector and are efficiently separated and collected. Discharge occurs at the valve, presenting you with high-quality finished products. The airflow system ensures a sealed circulation, operating under meticulously balanced positive and negative air pressure for maximum efficiency.
