Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously crafted with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, tailored for your needs.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size. These are then elevated into a storage hopper by a bucket elevator. A vibrating feeder ensures even and continuous feeding into the main grinding unit. From there, the processed powder is transported by airflow from the blower to a classifier. Particles meeting fineness criteria are then directed through a pipe to a cyclone collector, separated, and collected. Finished products are released through a discharge valve, while the airflow is recirculated back to the blower, maintaining a seamless, sealed system under variable pressure conditions.
