Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is masterfully crafted with a top-notch configuration comprising a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor, all interconnected with expertly designed pipes. Additional optional accessories include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher into desired particle sizes and then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. The materials are subsequently fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles meeting desired fineness are directed into the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. Finally, these are discharged at the discharging valve as finished products. The entire airflow system is a sealed circuit, operating under positive and negative air pressure to ensure seamless circulation.
