Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The sophisticated configuration of High Pressure Grinding Mill includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder enhance functionality.
Large materials get their initial size reduction via a jaw crusher, then moved by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, they are metered into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for grinding. The airflow from the blower transports the ground powder to the classifier, separating particles that meet the fineness criteria. These are then collected in a cyclone collector and discharged as finished products; the airflow is efficiently recycled back to the blower, maintaining a sealed circulation under controlled air pressure.
