Internal Structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill comes in a comprehensive standard configuration featuring a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional accessories such as crushers, bucket elevators, and feeders to meet diverse processing needs.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by the jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes, then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are uniformly fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. Particles meeting fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected, forming the final product as they exit via the discharging valve. The system features a sealed airflow circulation, operating under both positive and negative air pressures, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
