Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Outfitted with a sophisticated design, the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories available to enhance performance include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Initially, large materials are meticulously crushed by the jaw crusher to optimal sizes, then artfully transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. With precision, our vibrating feeder introduces the materials evenly into the main unit for refined grinding. The resulting finely ground powder is then whisked away by the airflow to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting the desired fineness are adeptly directed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, ensuring high-quality finished products. The entire airflow system is impeccably sealed, circulating under controlled positive and negative air pressure.
