Working Principle

The hammer crusher comprises a robust frame, dynamic rotor, support iron, and durable grate bars. The frame is segmented into upper and lower sections, connected through precision welding of steel plates. High manganese steel liners within the frame offer replaceability upon wear. The rotor assembly includes a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers systematically grouped along the main shaft. A powerful motor induces rapid rotor rotation within the crushing cavity, with hammers extending outward due to centrifugal force. Incoming large materials are subjected to striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by the high-velocity hammers into finer sizes.

Once materials reach adequacy in size, they are screened and exit via the grate bar gaps. Substandard materials remain within the cavity for further hammering and grinding until they achieve the specified size standards. Adjustments to the final product size are possible by modifying the grate bars, and the gap between rotors and grate bars can be tailored to meet varying needs.
