Experience the Innovative Working Principle of the HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a sophisticated system comprising a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a vibrating feeder.

Large materials are initially broken down by the hammer crusher then conveyed to the storage hopper via elevator. With precision, they are uniformly distributed onto the turn plate by a vibrating feeder and angled feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and each dial are propelled by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, causing all grinding rollers to roll within the ring channels, driven by the dial through a plunger mechanism. Here, materials are pushed to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force and descend into the grinding chambers, where the rollers systematically press, crush, and grind the materials. This repeated process transforms them into fine micro powder. continuously producing ultra-fine powders.

The high-pressure air blower maintains a constant inhalation of air into the grinding mill, ensuring the airflow, carrying crushed materials, is directed to the classifier where a high-speed impeller screens the airflow with precision: Particles not meeting specifications fall back for regrinding, while those of the right size are carried with the air into the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and are discharged through the valve at the bottom. A fraction of the fines, still airborne, is caught by the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags' surfaces. When these bags undergo sudden vibration from high-pressure gas-triggered by a pulse valve-fine powders detach and are conveyed for packaging, while clean air is released through the muffler's outlet.
