Range of application: Our grinding equipment is versatile, suitable for a wide array of materials, including barite, quartz, feldspar, mica, calcite, talc, apatite, gypsum, and fluorite. It also handles limestone, dolomite, diatomite, ceramic soil, clay, marble, granite, fly ash, kaolin, calcium carbonate, slag, bauxite, and glass with finesse.
Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The sophisticated High Pressure Grinding Mill comprises a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For added functionality, a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be optionally included.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to desired sizes. These materials are then elevated by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, from where they are fed evenly into the main unit via a vibrating feeder for grinding. The resulting fine powder is transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier. Particles meeting the fineness criteria are sent to the cyclone collector through pipes for separation and collection. The finished products are discharged through the valve, while the airflow is recirculated to the blower, maintaining a sealed and efficient air pressure circulation system.
