Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer crusher is a marvel of engineering, constructed with a robust frame divided into two integral sections - upper and lower - seamlessly welded from precision-cut steel plates. Within this sturdy frame lie high manganese steel liners, offering resilience and easy replacement when worn. The heart of the machine, the rotors, comprise the finely crafted turn plate, durable pin shafts, and symmetrically arranged hammers along the main shaft. Driven by the motor, these rotors whirl at high speeds, deploying centrifugal force to propel the hammers outward, ensuring efficient crushing within the cavity.
As large materials make their way through the feed inlet, they encounter a powerful barrage of high-speed hammers that strike, impact, cut, and grind them to a reduced size. Once crushed to the desired standard, these materials are screened and expelled through the grate bars. However, those not meeting the size specifications remain in the cavity, subject to further hammering and grinding. The final product size is easily adjustable via the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and bars can be fine-tuned to meet specific requirements, ensuring versatility and precision.
