Working Principle

The Hammer crusher is composed of a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The robust frame is split into an upper and lower section, all crafted from welded steel plates for durability. Inside, replaceable liners made from high manganese steel enhance longevity. The rotor assembly includes a turn plate, pin shafts, and grouped hammers on the main shaft, all driven by a motor for rapid rotation in the crusher cavity. This causes the hammers to swing outward due to centrifugal force, enabling them to strike, impact, cut, and grind large materials into smaller sizes with high-speed efficiency.

Crushed materials meeting specifications are screened and exit through the grate bars. Those not meeting the standards remain in the crushing cavity for further reduction until the desired size is achieved. The final product size can be precisely adjusted by modifying the grate bars, while the gap between rotors and grate bars is customizable to meet specific requirements.
