Working Principle
The Jaw Crusher operates with precision, as the movable jaw ascends and descends via an eccentric shaft driven by the motor's belt and wheel assembly. As the movable jaw rises, the angle enlarges between it and the bracket, urging the movable jaw plate to press closely against the fixed jaw plate, thereby crushing the materials with ease. Conversely, as the movable jaw descends, the angle decreases, allowing a seamless crushing action.
Empowered by the spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate retreats from the fixed jaw plate, liberating the crushed materials of qualified size from the crushing cavity. The motor's continuous rotation facilitates the cycle of crushing and discharging, thereby accomplishing the goal of high-volume production with remarkable efficiency.
