Working Principle
The Jaw Crusher operates through the upward and downward movement of its movable jaw, powered by an eccentric shaft. As the motor drives the belt and wheel, the angle between the movable jaw and bracket increases, drawing the movable jaw plate nearer to the fixed jaw plate, crushing materials in the process. Conversely, when the movable jaw descends, the angle decreases, preparing for the next crushing cycle.
Supported by springs and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate separates from the fixed plate, allowing only materials of the desired size to be discharged from the crushing cavity. The continuous rotation of the motor ensures an uninterrupted cycle of crushing and discharging, achieving efficient mass production seamlessly.
