Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is an engineering marvel, intricately designed with a robust frame, dynamic rotor, supportive iron, and robust grate bars. The frame is ingeniously divided into upper and lower sections, welded from precision-cut steel plates for enhanced durability. Within, high manganese steel liners stand ready to be replaced post-wear. The rotors, a symphony of the turn plate, pin shafts, and grouped hammers on the main shaft, are set into motion by a powerful motor. This drives a high-speed rotation within the crushing cavity, with hammers extending outward, propelled by centrifugal force.
Large materials make their grand entrance through the feed inlet, only to be swiftly stricken, impacted, cut, and ground by the rapidly spinning hammers into smaller fragments. The qualified materials are then seamlessly screened and ushered out through the grate bar gaps, while the less cooperative fragments linger, undergoing further hammering until they meet the required standard size. Adjustments to the size of the final product can be swiftly made by modifying the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and the bars is customizable to meet diverse needs.
