Explore the Innovative Working Principle of the HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a sophisticated assembly comprising a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Materials are initially crushed by the hammer crusher into smaller pieces, then elevated to a storage hopper. They are evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by the electromotor through a reducer, while all grinding rollers roll within the ring channels driven by the dial via the plunger. The centrifugal force pushes materials to the edge of the turn plate, where they descend into the grinding chambers for repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, ultimately forming micro powder. This process continues seamlessly.

The high-pressure air blower draws air inside the grinding mill, maintaining a continuous airflow that transports crushed materials to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller screens the airflow: Unqualified particle sizes return for regrinding, while qualified particles mixed with air proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharge valve at the base; a portion of fine powders, carried by airflow, is captured by the dust cleaner and adheres to the filter bags. These powders are dislodged by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, triggered by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, and are then conveyed for packaging. Meanwhile, filtered clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet.
