Working Principle of the Pioneering HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The cutting-edge HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, soundproof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a vibrating feeder.

The process begins with the hammer crusher reducing large materials to smaller ones, which are then elevated to the storage hopper and evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate via a vibrating feeder and sloped feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and dials are powered by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, enabling the numerous grinding rollers to roll within the ring channels, propelled by dials through plungers. The centrifugal force thrusts materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them into the grinding chambers where they're subjected to repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the precision-engineered rollers. This process ensures the materials are thoroughly crushed and ground into ultra-fine micro powder continuously.

The robust high-pressure air blower consistently draws in air within the grinding mill, and consequently, the airflow containing the crushed materials is directed to the classifier, whose high-speed impeller efficiently screens the airflow: Particles failing to meet quality standards are reintroduced into the mill for further grinding, while those achieving the desired size are mixed with air and directed into the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharge valve situated at the bottom. A minor fraction, along with airflow, enters the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags. The fine powders are dislodged by a sudden vibration induced by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, necessitating a complete system reset. The two batches of material are conveyed and prepared for packing. Additionally, filtered clean air exits through the muffler's air outlet, ensuring an environmentally friendly operation.
