Unveiling the Working Principle of the HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is meticulously engineered, comprising the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, hammer crusher crushes large materials into smaller pieces, which are then transported to the storage hopper via an elevator and evenly distributed to the turn plate's upper distribution plate by a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by the electromotor of the main equipment, facilitated through a reducer. All grinding rollers travel within ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. The centrifugal force guides materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them into the grinding chambers, where they undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by rollers. This process continues, until materials are transformed into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower draws air continuously inside the grinding mill, ensuring an efficient airflow that transports crushed materials to the classifier. This high-speed impeller screens the airflow: any unqualified particles are sent back for regrinding, while particles of qualified size proceed to the cyclone powder collector, facilitated by the mixing airflow. Most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve. Some fine powders join the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. Upon the pulse valve's command, the filter bags' vibration releases these powders, which are then collected at the bottom, ready for final packaging. Clean filtered air exits through the muffler's air outlet.
