Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The High Pressure Grinding Mill is ingeniously designed with essential components such as the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional additions like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.

Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle size, then conveyed by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. These are fed consistently by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Only particles that meet the fineness criteria proceed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, culminating in finished products. A return pipe on the top of the cyclone collector ensures the airflow circles back to the blower, maintaining a fully enclosed and balanced airflow system under positive and negative pressures.
