Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The High Pressure Grinding Mill's standard configuration harmoniously integrates the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, offering flexibility and tailored solutions.

Large materials undergo crushing via the jaw crusher to achieve desired particle sizes, subsequently transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are then evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for meticulous grinding. The finely ground powder is propelled by blower airflow to the classifier for categorization. Particles meeting fineness criteria are conveyed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, exiting as premium finished products through the discharge valve. This sealed circulation system efficiently operates under both positive and negative air pressure.
