Working Principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The Raymond mill's robust design includes a main unit, reduction gear, classifier, pipeline, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic feeder, and an electric control system. This comprehensive setup ensures efficient grinding processes.

Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve desired sizes. They are then elevated to the storage hopper and fed uniformly into the main unit for grinding. The airflow transports the finely ground powder to the classifier, separating particles meeting fineness criteria. Finished products are collected via the cyclone collector, while airflow circulates seamlessly, maintaining a sealed system under controlled air pressures.
