Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

The core of our ultrafine vertical roller mill is a sophisticated combination of motor, reduction gear, precision grinding rollers, grinding plate, a pressure-applying device, classifier, robust mill body, oil station, and a state-of-the-art electrical system.

The grinding disc is powered by a motor through a reducer. As material descends to the grinding disc from the inlet, it is propelled by centrifugal force to the disc's edge and is pulverized into superfine powders by the rollers. Hot air from the nozzle captures the fine powder, steering it towards an advanced classifier. The air transports the qualified powder to the collector for collection, while the unqualified powder is redirected for further grinding.

Product Application

Ultrafine vertical roller millis adept at processing non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a hardness of under 7 on the Moh's scale, such as quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and more. It is exceptionally suited for slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal processing.
