Hammer Crusher is an essential piece of equipment utilizing high-speed rotary hammers to expertly crush materials. It finds its profound applications spanning across industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics. Capable of transforming hard and soft ores into medium or small sizes, it adeptly handles materials like barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, slag, and an impressive array of up to 100 different types.

Working Principle of Hammer Crusher
The hammer crusher is ingeniously designed with a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame comprises two intricately welded parts: the upper and lower sections crafted from steel plates. Liners of high manganese steel within the frame are replaceable upon wear. The rotor assembly, featuring the turn plate, pin shafts, and grouped hammers, is driven to rotate at high speed by a motor within the crushing cavity. Here, hammers extend outward due to the centrifugal force from the rotor's rotation. As large materials enter through the feed inlet, they are subjected to striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, reducing them to a smaller size. Once crushed, qualified materials are screened and exit through the gaps of the grate bars, while unqualified materials remain for further processing until they meet size standards. The final product size is easily adjustable by varying the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and grate bars can be tailored to specific requirements.
