Working Principle of PEX Jaw Crusher:
The PEX Jaw Crusher operates through the dynamic process of moving and squeezing. It harnesses the power of a motor, and via the motor's wheels and an eccentric shaft driven by a triangle belt and slot wheel, the movable jaw plate follows a regulated path. This motion allows materials within the crushing cavity, framed by the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, and side-lee board, to be effectively crushed and then discharged through the designated opening.
The PEX Jaw crusher series boasts a dynamic array of features, including a substantial crushing ratio, uniform product size, straightforward structure, and reliable operations.
