Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
Harnessing mechanical prowess, the motor via belt directs the moving jaw into periodic motion towards the fixed jaw through an eccentric shaft. As the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw plate widens, the mobile jaw advances, initiating the crushing process.

 

During this motion, materials are crushed as the mobile jaw closes in on the fixed jaw. When the moving jaw descends, the angle decreases, facilitating the withdrawal of the moving jaw from the fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, allowing the crushed material to be discharged efficiently.
