Working Principle
The Jaw Crusher operates on a principle of mechanical advantage. Driven by a motor, the belt and belt wheel set the eccentric shaft in motion, thereby moving the jaw up and down. When the angle between the movable jaw and bracket enlarges, the movable jaw plate presses closely against the fixed jaw plate, crushing the materials with precision. Conversely, when descending, the angle diminishes, and the process is reset for continuous operation.
Supported by a spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate retreats from the fixed jaw plate, allowing crushed materials of the desired size to exit the crushing chamber effortlessly. With each rotation of the motor, this seamless process of crushing and discharge is repeated, achieving the ultimate goal of efficient mass production.
