Working Principle of the Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor, via a belt, drives the moving jaw towards the fixed jaw rhythmically through the eccentric shaft. As the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases, the mobile jaw approaches the fixed jaw.

 

During this phase, materials are crushed. When the moving jaw descends, the angle reduces, and the moving jaw retracts, releasing the crushed materials from the outlet.
