Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer crusher is a marvel of engineering composed of a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Its two-part frame, meticulously crafted from high-grade steel plates, ensures unmatched durability. Outfitted with high manganese steel liners, these can be swapped effortlessly once wear sets in. At its heart lies a dynamic rotor assembly comprising a turn plate, pin shafts, and strategically grouped hammers, all rotating in unison with the main shaft. Powered by a motor, the rotors blaze in the crushing chamber, launching the hammers outward with centrifugal force.
Once fed into the crusher, large materials are immediately under the spell of high-speed hammers. They are struck, impacted, chopped, and ground down to perfection. The finely crushed, qualified materials slip through the grate bars, exiting gracefully, while the rest are retained for further refinement. Achieve the desired product size effortlessly by adjusting the grate bars spacing. Tailor the gap between the rotors and grate bars to align with your precise requirements.
