Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Ingeniously constructed with a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and a sophisticated electrical system.

The motor-driven grinding disc receives materials from the feed opening. Centrifugal force pushes the materials to the disc's edge, where rollers pulverize them into fine powders. Hot air carries these powders to a high-efficiency classifier; qualified powders are collected, while others return for regrinding.

Product Application

Ultrafine vertical roller millis engineered to grind non-flammable, non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness of less than 7. Perfect for quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and especially adept at processing slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
