Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

It mainly consists of the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body. oil station, and electrical system.

The grinding disc is driven by a motor through a reducer. The material falls onto the grinding disc from the feed opening. Centrifugal force drives the materials to the edge of the disc, where they are crushed into fine powders by rollers. Hot air from the nozzle lifts the fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powders are collected by the powder collector, while unqualified ones are sent back for regrinding.
