Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Engineered with precision, it comprises the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and an advanced electrical system.

The grinding disc is powered by the motor through a reducer. Material descends to the grinding disc from the feed opening. By centrifugal force, materials move to the disc's edge and are pulverized into fine powders by rollers. Subsequently, hot air from the nozzle elevates the fine powder to the high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powder is carried by air to the powder collector, while the non-qualifying powder is returned for further grinding.
