Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
This sophisticated machinery is composed of essential components such as the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and a cutting-edge electrical system, all working in perfect harmony.
The grinding disc, powered by an efficient motor via a reducer, sets the stage for a seamless process. As material cascades onto the disc, centrifugal force guides it to the periphery, where rollers transform it into fine powders. Swiftly, the fine powders are whisked away by hot air to a high-efficiency classifier. The airborne qualified powders are then collected, while any unqualified particles are returned to the grind for further refinement.
Ultrafine vertical roller millis adept at grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness under 7. From quartz, dolomite, feldspar, and calcite to talcum, barite, and fluorite, it handles them all with aplomb. Ideal for challenging materials like slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
