Featuring an advanced design that includes the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system.
Efficiently crafted, the grinding disc is driven by a motor through a reducer. Material is fed onto the disc and, through centrifugal force, is moved to the edge and finely crushed by the rollers. Hot air swiftly transports the fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier. The qualified powder is collected, while any unqualified powder is returned for further grinding.
The Ultrafine Vertical Roller Millis perfect for processing non-flammable and non-explosive materials below 7 on the Moh's hardness scale. It excels in grinding quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, and iron ore. Especially effective for challenging materials like slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
