Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
The advanced design of this mill incorporates the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and a comprehensive electrical system to ensure seamless operation.
Driven by innovation, the grinding disc is powered by a motor via a reducer. Materials descend onto the disc from the feed opening, where centrifugal force propels them to the disc's edge. Here, they are transformed into ultra-fine powders by the rollers. The hot air from the nozzle elevates these powders to a high-efficiency classifier. Only the highest quality powders are carried by the air to the powder collector, while those not meeting standards are reworked for perfection.
