Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
A marvel of engineering, it comprises the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system – each component meticulously designed for efficiency.
The grinding disc, powered by a robust motor through a sophisticated reducer, receives material through its feed opening. The journey begins as materials cascade onto the disc, propelled by centrifugal force to encounter the rollers, which transform them into ultrafine powders. The journey continues as hot air from the nozzle elevates these fine powders to a high-efficiency classifier. Here, qualified powders voyage to the powder collector, while those falling short return for another round of refinement.
Ultrafine vertical roller millis an expert in grinding non-flammable, non-explosive materials with a hardness under 7 on the Moh's scale, including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, and barite. It excels in processing slags, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and more.
