Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
This engineering marvel primarily consists of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, robust mill body, oil station, and sophisticated electrical system. Each component seamlessly integrates to deliver unmatched grinding precision.
Empowered by a dynamic motor, the grinding disc is adeptly driven by a reducer. As materials descend onto the disc from the feed opening, they are elegantly directed to the edge via centrifugal force, where the grinding rollers transform them into superfine powders. Hot air jets lift these powders to a highly efficient classifier, ensuring only the finest particles proceed to the powder collector, while the rest are sent back for perfection.
Ultrafine vertical roller millEffortlessly grind through non-flammable and non-explosive materials ranking under 7 on Moh's hardness scale. From quartz to dolomite, feldspar to calcite, and talcum to barite, including fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and beyond.
