Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor efficiently powers the crusher through a belt, driving the moving jaw into periodic motion toward the fixed jaw, powered by the eccentric shaft. As the toggle plate angle increases, the mobile jaw crushes materials.

 

The mobile jaw approaches the fixed jaw, crushing the material in the process. When the moving jaw descends, the angle decreases, allowing crushed material to be discharged via the outlet, thanks to the pulling rod and spring.
