Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Innovatively designed, the grinding mill operates with all rollers engaging in a synchronized dance within the ring. Materials, propelled by centrifugal force, gracefully descend into the grinding chambers. Here, they undergo a meticulous process of being pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the precision-engineered rollers.
Our state-of-the-art high-pressure air blower ensures a continuous flow of air, driving crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller screens and sorts the materials; unqualified particles return for further refinement, while qualified particles journey to the cyclone powder collector. A majority of these refined powders settle gracefully, exiting through the discharge valve, while the finest particulates glide along with airflow to the dust cleaner. Here, they adhere to filter bags, only to be gently dislodged by the pulse valve's high-pressure gas. This dual process ensures the collection of perfectly finished powders, while pristine air is emitted from the muffler's air outlet.
