Perfectly suited for ceramic soil, clay, marble, granite, fly ash, kaolin, calcium carbonate, slag, bauxite, and glass, ensuring versatility and wide applicability.
Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
While operating, the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill seamlessly engages its grinding rollers to roll along the ring, propelling materials towards the turnplate's edge through centrifugal force. This motion guides them into the grinding chambers where they undergo repetitive pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, achieving unparalleled refinement.
Our advanced high-pressure air blower consistently draws air into the grinding mill, creating an optimal environment for material processing. As crushed materials join the airflow, the high-speed impeller classifier efficiently segregates particles. Unqualified particles descend for regrinding, while the desired particle size, mingling with air, advances to the cyclone powder collector. Here, the majority of qualified powders are efficiently discharged, with a minor portion accompanying the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. The clever design ensures that fine powders detach from the filter bags upon encountering high-pressure gas pulsation, orchestrated by a pulse valve, and then proceed to packaging via a conveyor. This intricate system concludes with the emission of filtered clean air through the muffler's outlet.
