Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Immerse yourself in the intricate workings of the grinding mill: as it operates, the grinding rollers rotate energetically within the robust ring. Leveraging the formidable centrifugal force, materials gracefully journey to the turnplate's periphery, descending into chambers for a repeated cycle of pressing, crushing, and grinding.
The high-pressure air blower tirelessly draws air into the grinding mill, ensuring a seamless cycle of airflow laden with finely crushed materials. This airflow is guided towards the classifier, where the high-speed impeller meticulously screens particles. Those not meeting size requirements are sent back for further refinement, while those that do are whisked away to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of qualified powders descend and discharge from the valve, while finer particles accompany the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. With a sudden pulse of high-pressure gas, these particles are released, collected, and transported via a conveyor for final packaging. Filtered air, now pristine, exits through the muffler's air outlet.
