Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Embark on a journey where every grinding roller works in harmony, rolling meticulously within the ring. Materials gracefully descend to the turnplate's edge by centrifugal force, cascading into grinding chambers where they are skillfully pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers.
A powerful high-pressure air blower perpetually draws in air, intertwining it with crushed materials to be assessed by the classifier's high-speed impeller. Particles not meeting size standards return for refinement, while qualified particles seamlessly blend with air, progressing to the cyclone powder collector. Here, most powders descend and are released, while finer particles cling to filter bags, only to be dislodged by a sudden high-pressure gas pulse. Clean air exits through the muffler, ensuring a pristine environment, as collected materials proceed to packaging.
