Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously designed with a standard configuration comprising a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance its functionality with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to desired particle sizes, then transported via the bucket elevator to a storage hopper. They are evenly and continuously fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier. Particles meeting the fineness enter the cyclone collector through piping, where they are separated and collected, eventually discharged through the valve as finished products. The airflow is drawn back to the blower through the return pipe atop the cyclone collector, maintaining a sealed circulation under positive and negative air pressure.
