Internal Structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The superior standard configuration of our High Pressure Grinding Mill comprises the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance its capabilities with optional accessories such as crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by the jaw crusher to reach required particle sizes. These are then elevated to the storage hopper and fed consistently into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. Particles achieving fineness are transferred to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, culminating in discharge at the valve as finished products. The airflow is recirculated to the blower, maintaining a sealed and continuous circulation under varied air pressures.
