Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
In operation, the grinding mill's rollers dynamically roll within the ring, propelling the materials towards the edge of the turnplate by centrifugal force. These materials then descend into the grinding chambers, where they are successively pressed, crushed, and ground by the relentless motion of the rollers.
A high-pressure air blower perpetually draws air into the grinding mill, generating an airflow that transports the crushed materials to the classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller sorts the particles: those not meeting size requirements are sent back for regrinding, while qualified particles are guided into the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders exit through the discharging valve; a small fraction moves with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. Vibration from sudden high-pressure gas pulses shakes these powders loose, and they are conveyed away for final packing. The process ensures emission of clean air via the muffler's outlet.
