Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the precision of our Ultra Fine Grinding Mill! As the machine operates, the grinding rollers dynamically engage with the ring, while centrifugal force guides materials to the turnplate's edge. Here, materials cascade into grinding chambers, enduring relentless pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
Our high-pressure air blower consistently draws air into the mill, creating a robust airflow carrying crushed materials to the high-speed impeller of the classifier. It meticulously screens: particles failing the size test return for further grinding, while those meeting the criteria proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these qualified powders descend through the discharging valve, while finer particles journey to the dust cleaner. They adhere to filter bags, only to be dislodged by the sudden pulse of high-pressure air, ensuring efficient collection. These processes culminate in a seamless conveyor transfer of finished powders, while the muffler quietly releases filtered, clean air, enhancing your operational environment.
