Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is a sophisticated assembly featuring a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and an array of pipes. Additional options include a powerful crusher, efficient bucket elevator, and a dependable feeder, all designed to enhance productivity.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes. Subsequently, a bucket elevator transports them to the storage hopper. A vibrating feeder then distributes these materials evenly and continuously into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier where it is separated by fineness. The particles meeting the criteria enter the cyclone collector through a pipe and are collected. These are then expelled through the discharging valve as finished products. The airflow is efficiently recycled back to the blower via the return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This closed system circulates under both positive and negative air pressure, ensuring seamless operation.
