Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a symphony of innovation, featuring the main unit, a high-precision classifier, a robust powder collector, efficient dust cleaner, a powerful blower, and a whisper-quiet muffler. It also includes a sound-proof room, a crusher for pre-processing, a bucket elevator, a spacious storage hopper, and a reliable vibrating feeder.

Once the hammer crusher reduces large materials to smaller sizes, they are smoothly transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. Thanks to the vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe, they are delivered precisely to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate.

During operation, the electromotor of the main equipment powers the main bearing and each dial through a reducer mechanism, efficiently driving all the grinding rollers. These rollers elegantly rotate within the ring channels, propelled by the dial via plunger. The powerful centrifugal force pushes the materials to the turn plate's edge, where they gracefully descend into the grinding chambers. In these chambers, materials undergo a rigorous process of pressing, crushing, and grinding, honed to perfection by the rollers. This process meticulously transforms them into finely refined micro powder. continuously, ensuring a consistent output of superior quality.

A high-pressure air blower diligently inhales air, creating a responsive airflow within the grinding mill. This airflow, infused with finely crushed materials, is expertly directed to the classifier, whose high-speed impeller performs a meticulous screening of the airflow: Unqualified particles gracefully return for further refinement, while particles meeting the quality standards seamlessly proceed to the cyclone powder collector, mingling with the air. The majority of these high-quality powders gracefully descend and exit through the discharging valve at the bottom, while a minority, carried by airflow, arrives at the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags' surface. Simultaneously, the filter bags' sudden vibration, induced by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve, releases these refined powders, which then cascade down. The combined materials are efficiently conveyed to the bottom, ready for packaging as premium finished powders. Filtered air, now clean, is quietly released through the muffler's air outlet, completing the harmonious cycle.
