Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a powerhouse of innovative design, comprising a main unit, advanced classifier, efficient powder collector, dust cleaner, dynamic blower, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

After being crushed by the hammer crusher, large materials are transformed into smaller ones, ready to be elevated to the storage hopper. From there, they are meticulously directed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by the vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

As the grinding mill comes to life, the main bearing and dials are energized by the main equipment's electromotor via a reducer, ensuring seamless movement of all grinding rollers. These rollers elegantly roll within the ring channels, directed by the dial through plungers, guiding materials to the turn plate's edge through centrifugal force, descending into the grinding chambers. Within these chambers, materials undergo relentless pressure, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, cascading into multiple layers, perpetually being pulverized into micro powder. This process ensures continuous transformation to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower efficiently inhales air into the grinding mill, facilitating a dynamic airflow that carries the crushed materials to the classifier, whose high-speed impeller expertly screens the airflow: Particles not meeting size criteria are redirected for further grinding, while those of qualified size, mingled with air, are ushered into the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these qualified powders gracefully exit through the discharging valve at the bottom, while a select few, accompanied by airflow, migrate to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. These fine powders are deftly dislodged by filter bags' vibration, incited by a pulse valve's high-pressure gas. Consequently, materials from both collections are transported by conveyor for packaging as finished powders. The purified air is then released through the muffler's air outlet.
