Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The impeccable design of the High Pressure Grinding Mill integrates a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Additionally, you may enhance your setup with optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to optimize performance.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to a desired particle size. These are then elevated via the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, from where they are fed consistently and evenly into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for comprehensive grinding. The processed powder is directed by airflow from the blower to a classifier, where particles meeting the fineness standards enter the cyclone collector through a pipe, subsequently separated and collected. Discharge occurs at the discharging valve, delivering finished products. Airflow is continuously circulated, maintaining a sealed system under variable air pressures, ensuring efficiency and precision.
