Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The robust HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises an array of essential components including a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, ensuring efficient operation.

Post crushing by the hammer crusher, large materials are minimized into smaller pieces, transferred to the storage hopper by an elevator, and methodically distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder connected by a sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and dials are powered by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, orchestrating all grinding rollers to roll seamlessly within the ring channels, propelled by dials via plungers. Centrifugal force guides the materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them into the grinding chambers where relentless pressure, crushing, and grinding by the rollers transform the materials. Subsequently, these materials descend into multiple layers, undergoing continuous grinding to achieve micro powder consistency. continuously achieving micro powder finesse.

The high-efficiency air blower ensures a constant airflow within the grinding mill, subsequently transporting crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller skillfully screens the airflow: Unqualified particles are redirected to the mill for further grinding, whilst qualified particles, mixed with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these qualified powders are discharged via the valve at the bottom. A minor faction of the fine powders, carried by airflow, reaches the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. Concurrently, sudden filter bag vibrations, induced by instant high-pressure gas via pulse valve control, release these powders. Materials from both streams are conveyed to complete packaging. Emission of purified air through the muffler's air outlet ensures environmental compliance.
